Furthermore, do you want the option to stay with it or divert into more personal prayer? Use a morning prayer process for that too!
Self-care in My Easy Morning Prayer Routine
Likewise, I bring my self-care into my morning prayer. I have an ongoing struggle to take better care of myself.
Sometimes I feel guilty.
While other times I feel like I’m not worthy; I take care of other people and I tend to put my time with them first.

I feel called to take better care of my body, the Lord’s Holy temple.
Scripture tells us self-care could be a way to worship the Lord. I was so moved by what I learned I wrote a FREE 5-day Bible study!
Back to the easy prayer routine, I am honored to be featured as a guest writer on this very topic over at Arabah Joy. Please join me over there to learn more about my morning prayer process.
In conclusion, I want to encourage you before you go. Please know your prayer time doesn’t have to be perfect. God wants to spend time with you. It doesn’t matter what your routine looks like, what matters is that you spend time with Him.
